THE EFFECTS OF SAVINGS, CREDIT AND NUMBER OF CUSTOMERS

ON LPD PROFITS KEDIRI VILAGE, KEDIRI DISTRICT

TABANAN REGENCY

 

Abstract

 

            Lembaga Perkreditan Desa (LPD) which spreading in Bali region is a financial services business managed by Desa Pekraman or Desa Adat, is the business institutions managed with the purpose to obtained profit. The formulation of the problems obtained 1. Is savings partially influence on profit of LPD Desa Adat Kediri, Kediri District, Tabanan Regency? 2. Is credit influence partially on profit of LPD Desa Adat Kediri, Kediri District, Tabanan Regency? 3. Is number of customers influence partially on profit of LPD Desa Adat Kediri, Kediri District, Tabanan Regency? 4.Is the relation of Savings, Credit and Number of Customers influence simultaneously on Profit?

            Profit is positive difference from reduction of income receiving by expenses spend which worthy received by the company, because the company has made sacrifice for others parties. Savings is one of various kinds of banking products which is most popular by society, starting from students, businessman, and others public. Credit means receiving the trust and having obligation to pay the loans according to the period of time. Customers can be defined as person or legal entity that has account both savings account or loans from the bank. Theory stewardship represent the relation between owner (principal) and manager (steward).

            This study carried out in LPD Kediri Village, Kediri District, Tabanan Regency, with consideration that LPD Kediri village is one of the Public Credit Center in Tabanan Regency. In order to achieve the goal of increasing LPD original profit. The data used in this study was accountancy documents sourced from LPD office in Kediri Village, Kediri District, Tabanan Regency (Primary Data).

            The model of multiple linear regression method as follows: Y= 614906475,2 + 0,210 X₁ + 0,051 X₂ – 403097,021 X₃ Coefficient regression X₁ 0,210, Intercept (b₀) 614906475,2 Coefficient regression X₂ 0,051, Coefficient regression X₃ 403097,021. Savings had positive influence and significant on LPD Profit, Credit had positive influence and significant on LPD Profit, Customers had positive influence but not significant on LPD profit, H₀ : B₁= B₂ = B₃=0, Savings, credit and customers had significant influence simultaneously on LPD Profit in Kediri Village, Kediri District, Tabanan Regency.
